Monthly bookkeeping starts at $299/month. Your personalized quote is based on transaction volume, financial accounts, and overall bookkeeping complexity. Our core monthly service stays consistent, with pricing tailored to the work your business needs. Following a complimentary consultation, we’ll provide a clear monthly quote. Cleanup and catch-up work is quoted separately.

Yes. Our bookkeeping is performed exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you are becoming an ongoing monthly client, setup or conversion may be available as part of onboarding. An additional one-time fee may apply, depending on the work needed. Setup is not offered as a standalone service.

We work with clients remotely through QuickBooks Online, allowing us to maintain your books without needing to visit your business in person. You'll provide secure access to your QuickBooks account and share any necessary financial statements or supporting documents through approved channels. We stay connected through phone and email to address questions and keep your bookkeeping on track.

We can review your existing records and discuss cleanup and catch-up work before monthly bookkeeping begins. This work is individually quoted, separately from ongoing monthly service. You’ll receive a clear, fixed project quote before work begins, based on the scope and condition of your books. Timing depends on the backlog and records available. You do not need to have everything organized before reaching out.

Yes. Bennett Bookkeeping is based in Sacramento and serves small businesses remotely throughout California. We use QuickBooks Online and communicate by phone and email, so you do not need an on-site visit to work with us.

No. Bennett Bookkeeping does not provide tax preparation or advice, CPA or assurance services, or payroll processing. We may record and reconcile transactions from your payroll provider as part of bookkeeping. Bill payment, invoicing, collections, and CFO or financial planning services are also outside our scope.

Our services include recording and reconciling applicable accounts receivable and accounts payable activity within QuickBooks Online. However, routine customer invoicing, payment collections, and vendor bill payments remain the responsibility of the business owner or their designated provider.
