Set up the working relationship
We review your books, agree on the scope, and explain the access and supporting documents needed. QuickBooks Online setup or migration may support onboarding for ongoing monthly clients; an additional one-time fee may apply, depending on the work needed.
Share records and answer questions
Provide statements and supporting records through the agreed process. We ask about unclear transactions and missing information. Please do not send account passwords through the website contact form.
Receive consistent monthly work
We categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly reports. You can contact us by phone or email with bookkeeping questions.
Is remote service a good fit?
It works best when you are comfortable sharing records electronically, using QuickBooks Online, and responding to questions. We serve businesses throughout California from our Sacramento base.
